You will receive a robust opinion, supported by in-house occupational and investment market participation, delivered under a trusted global brand, within an agreed timetable and at a competitive price.

All valuations are prepared by qualified valuers on the basis of internationally recognised standards of RICS, European Valuation Standards or International Valuation Standards (IVS). All valuations carried out by Cushman & Wakefield are approved and signed off by the Company’s Managing Partner and Valuation Department Head.
